Which pack?
For one event (an anniversary, a fundraiser, a choir competition), the Event Pack covers outfits for members and guests, at cost. If your group sells the cloth to raise funds, that is selling goods, so choose the Commercial licence.
Questions
Can members pay for their own cloth?
Yes, under the Event licence members can contribute to printing costs. Selling for profit needs the Commercial licence.
