Digital files are generated instantly, so we can't “take them back”, but we want you to be happy.

Faulty files

If a file is corrupt, the wrong size, or doesn't match the design you bought, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you in full.

Changed your mind

Where consumer law in your country gives you a right to cancel digital content, that right applies. Otherwise we consider requests within [7/14] days on a case-by-case basis.

How refunds are paid
