Design Licence

Personal licence (HD Pack, Print-ready fabric file, Event Pack)

  • Print and use the design for yourself, as gifts, and for your own events, including group outfits (sare) for your own event.
  • Post it on your own social media.
  • Not allowed: selling physical or digital products featuring the design, or redistributing the files.

Commercial licence

  • Everything in the personal licence.
  • Print and sell physical goods featuring the design (fabric, apparel, décor), unlimited quantity, from one business.
  • Not allowed: reselling or giving away the digital file itself, registering the design as a trademark, or claiming exclusive rights.

Non-exclusivity

Designs are generated deterministically from text. Someone who enters the identical message and settings will see the same design. Licences are therefore non-exclusive.

Proverbs

Traditional Swahili proverbs are shared cultural heritage; this licence does not grant or claim rights in them.
