Privacy Policy

We built JINA to collect as little as possible. Controller: [LEGAL NAME, ADDRESS, KENYA]. Contact: [EMAIL]. We intend to comply with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 [CONFIRM ODPC REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT] and, where applicable, the GDPR.

What we don't do

No analytics trackers, no advertising cookies, no third-party fonts or scripts loaded from other domains. Designs are generated on your device.

What is stored on your device

Your last design and (if you enter one) your licence key are saved in your browser's local storage so you can return to them. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

What our server sees

When you verify a licence key, the key is sent to our verification function and forwarded to Lemon Squeezy to check it. Our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request data (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the site.

Payments

Lemon Squeezy processes your payment and billing details as merchant of record under its own privacy policy. We receive order information (e.g. email, country, product, the design you bought) to deliver and support your purchase.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing [EMAIL].
