1. Using the studio

You may create and share designs for free. Designs are generated automatically in your browser from your inputs. You are responsible for the text you enter; don't use JINA to create unlawful, hateful, harassing or infringing content.

2. Purchases

Paid files are sold through our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, whose buyer terms also apply. Prices are shown in USD and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location.

3. Intellectual property

The JINA generator, software and brand belong to us. Traditional Swahili proverbs are cultural heritage and are not owned by us. Your rights to a purchased design are described in the Licence.

4. No warranty

JINA is provided “as is”. Colours vary between screens, printers and fabrics; we cannot guarantee print results from third-party printers.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.

6. Governing law
